Understanding the terminology used within Koinonia Link and Koinonia Link Premium.

First Impressions Pipeline: The workflow used to track a guest from their very first visit through various stages of “stickiness” (e.g., Guest, Attender, Member, Leader).
Pastoral Intelligence (PI): Our proprietary AI layer that analyzes attendance patterns to predict “ghosting” or suggest pastoral follow-up for members who have missed several weeks.
Guardian System: The suite of security tools including the Admin Panic Button, Incident Reporting, and Child Pickup Verification.
Shortcode: A small bit of code in brackets (like Connect With Us Fill out this form to get connected with our church community. Name * Email * Phone I decided to follow Jesus I want to volunteer) that you can paste into any WordPress page to display a specific church feature.
Life Stage: A categorization for members (e.g., Young Adult, Married, Senior) used to help tailor ministry communications and small group suggestions.
PMM (Protect My Ministry): The third-party service integrated into the Premium version for processing secure background checks.
Stewardship Dashboard: The administrative view of all financial giving, pledges, and digital tithes processed through the system.
Campus: If your church has multiple locations, each one is defined as a “Campus” within the settings to keep data organized by location.
