Child Security & Photo Verification Policy
1. Purpose of Data Collection To ensure the highest standard of safety for all children in our care, [Insert Church Name] utilizes a digital check-in/check-out system. This system includes the capture and storage of photographic images of:
The child(ren) being checked in.
The parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
Any individuals authorized by the parent/guardian to pick up the child.

2. Be retained only as long as necessary for the active enrollment of the family in the ministry programs.
