Volunteer Swap Board
The Swap Board allows volunteers to manage their own scheduling conflicts without administrative overhead.
How it Works:
- Posting a Need: If a volunteer cannot make their scheduled serving time, they can post a “Swap Request” via their portal.
- Accepting a Swap: Other eligible volunteers in the same ministry will receive a notification and can “Claim” the spot.
- Admin Approval: (Optional) Admins can set the system to require a ministry lead approval before the swap is finalized.
